  A teenager was fatally injured in a car accident on South Capital of Texas Highway near Westlake Drive, after the car she was a passenger in was struck by another vehicle. Brooke Lowe was riding in the front seat of a 2000 Oldsmobile when the driver made a U-turn and was hit by a green 2004 Dodge pickup truck.
