The Sherman Bus Company Had A History of Noncompliance With Regulators

The Houston Chronicle is now reporting that the tour operator that drove the bus involved in the Sherman, Texas bus wreck had a history of fines and compliance issues. In fact, in June the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rescinded the company's authority to carry passengers across state lines. The Texas Department of Transportation also confirmed that the company was not authorized to travel across state lines.
