I just noticed that it has been almost a month between posts, and I wanted to apologize. We were recently brought in at the last hour to help try a case (Mark tried the case and I did the grunt work). Because we were involved late, the case took up a lot of time. It ended late last week (with mixed results), and I hope to get back to a regular posting schedule soon.
