I found an excellent discussion on the use of revocable living trusts in Texas. There are many people 'selling' living trusts that are not lawyers and do not have the expertise necessary to determine your needs and to ensure that your desires are met. If you would like to disucss whether you need a living trust, please consult an attorney. As always, the lawyers at Cole, Cole & Easley do not charge for initial consultations and would be delighted to discuss your estate planning needs with you.
